About the event
acro is an accessible practice! you do not need any prior acroyoga experience to join, however it is expected that you have an active intermediate yoga practice, and a want to play.
please note : this workshop can be attended solo or with a buddy -- and all practitioners are welcome and encouraged to try both roles of base + flyer.
